Your team will also explore psychological/emotional first aid, and practice Motivational Interviewing, SBIRT (Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment), and other strategies.
*The Crisis Communication Practicum is only available to care managers who have successfully completed both of the Crisis Intervention and Management online course modules (Crisis Intervention Concepts and Crisis Intervention Strategies). We will work with you to coordinate the best time to run the course. Your cost per student is separate from facilitator and travel fees.
